Frequently Asked Questions
  1. How do I place an order?
Click on the appropriate order form and follow the directions.  Please be sure to read the information page prior to placing an order to familiarize yourself with the service you are requesting.

  2. How do I prepare my photos or videos to ship to Grover Productions?  Refer to the Order Form for the Service you are ordering.  Package your photos/film well using hard cardboard on all sides to provide a solid shell for your photos. We also recommend you use a plastic Ziploc bag to contain each section of photographs to protect them from any spillage during shipping.

  3. How long will it take to receive my order?
After we receive your materials, turnaround time is approximately five to seven business days or sooner.  Larger orders may take extra time.
Rush service is available for an additional fee.

  4. Does Grover Productions have a guarantee and what is the return policy?
Grover Productions will guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied with our service we will refund your payment 100% minus the cost of shipping and handling.  We will issue you a refund under the condition that you return to Grover Productions the product that was produced for you.

  5. What are the differences between a DVD and a VHS?
    Video Quality:
    1. A standard VHS signal only has 320 dots per line but a DVD signal has 720 dots per line.
This makes DVD horizontal resolution 2.25 times better than VHS.
    2. DVD gives you more than a 300% increase in picture quality.
    3. Instant Scene Selection: Ability to jump to any scene in the movie in less than a second. Even the fastest fast-forwarding VCR mechanism cannot.
    4. Interactive Main Menu
    5. Compact Size: (about 17 DVDs can fit in the space taken by one VHS tape)
    6. Longevity: DVD’s will last for over 100 years.
A Hi Grade VHS tape will last approximately 8 years.
    7. Cost: DVD’s cost less than VHS tapes.
    8. Storage: DVD’s will not lose any picture quality when handed down throughout the family. You can be assured that your DVD picture will look the same for your great grandchild as it did for you.

  6. How can I become a Sales Associate for Grover Productions?
Grover Productions offers the opportunity to become a Sales Associate and earn commissions on all Grover Productions services you sell.  There are many opportunities to work from your home or add services to your existing business – Sports Team photos, Action Sport photos, School Yearbooks, Real Estate Open House, Wedding photos, Birthdays and Special Events to name a few.

  1. Which pictures are better to use, horizontal or vertical?
Select photos that are horizontal (like the shape of your TV screen) rather than vertical. The reason for this is that TV screens are wider than they are high, so horizontal shots fill the screen and look much better. Vertical photos are fine but will have space on the sides, which our system will fill in with a background color.

  2. I’m worried about sending my photos, how do I know you will return my photos in the same condition as you received them?
Grover Productions understands how irreplaceable photos and the memories they evoke are so we treat your photos as if they are our own.
We employ all manner of precautions in our studios to protect your photos (including no liquids or food allowed in the work rooms).
